1:  Start out going South on 5TH AVE toward CAROLINE ST. (South)
 
2:  Merge onto US-422 E via the ramp- on the left.    

3:  Merge onto US-62 W/ OH-7 S toward POLAND.  (Keep Right)
 
4:  Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the I-680 South ramp toward US-62 W/ POLAND/ OH-7 S/ PITTSBURGH.    
 
5:  Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.    
 
6:  Merge onto I-680 South.   
 
7:  Take the WESTERN RESERVE RD exit- exit number 14- toward OH-164.   
 
8:  Turn LEFT onto E WESTERN RESERVE RD.    
 
9:  Turn RIGHT onto SOUTH AVE/ OH-164.    
 
10: Turn LEFT onto OH-626.    
 
11: OH-626 becomes OH-165.   
 
12: Turn LEFT onto COLUMBIANA RD/ CR-62.    
 
13: Turn LEFT onto UNITY RD/ CR-175.
